Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is essential and sometimes mandatory to keep your installation safe and in top condition and it’s proven to be cost effective as it often reduces the possibility of down time and subsequent dilapidation costs.

PPM can include Emergency Lighting tests, servicing and certification to BS5266, lamp replacement exercises, electrical testing to BS7671, fire and smoke alarm testing to BS5839, portable appliance testing (PAT), periodic inspection reports and Motor Control Panel Inspections.
